What to expect
Over the course of five sessions, clients will receive personalized food assessments, learn how to find balance in their eating habits, and create sustainable meal plans tailored to their needs. The course will also address the importance of family support and offer strategies for overall well-being, helping clients to develop healthy habits that promote both mental and physical wellness. Participants will gain practical tools to better manage conditions like ADHD, anxiety, and more while nourishing both their body and mind.
Session 1
Session 1 – Nutrition Intake Summary:
- Review of Diet and Eating Patterns: The session begins with an assessment of the client’s current diet, food preferences, and any medical conditions or restrictions.
- Challenges Identification: Discuss any difficulties such as picky eating, meal timing, and portion control.
Session 2
Review of SMART Goals & Setting New Ones
- Welcome & Recap: Review the client’s food diary, discussing highlights, challenges, and immediate observations.
- Introduction to SMART Goals: Learn about the SMART goal framework (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound).
- Goal Discussion
