Carleigh Gollin, LMSW

Carleigh specializes in finding creative ways to connect with clients to make their therapy experience fun, engaging and personal. She enjoys teaching mindfulness practices to clients to help support in anxiety reduction and regulation. She is currently in the process of obtaining her certificate to teach yoga through Pretzel Kids.

During the last five years, Carleigh has worked in the local schools addressing children with anxiety, ADHD, ASD, behavioral struggles, and peer conflict. She utilizes skills in session to teach her clients tangible ways to handle emotions and thoughts.

In addition, she co-leads the ADHD Mini Clinic as well as the ADHD Parent Support Group that meets at our Troy location the second Monday of every month at 7pm.

Carleigh graduated from Central Michigan University with her bachelor’s in psychology and minors in Child Development and Youth Studies. She then obtained her master’s in social work from Michigan State University in 2018.

“I love helping clients find connections to create change! Getting to know clients and their unique interests helps to make therapy a more personal and meaningful experience. Whether it be music, sports, animals, or another fun hobby, we can work together to make positive changes in a fun and engaging way!”

Fun Fact: Growing up, I danced for over 15 years and had the opportunity to compete across the country, eventually leading to dancing at the collegiate level. I love ballet!
